Today, on the International Nurses Day, we would like to thank and express our gratitude to the Albanian nurses. Unlimited gratitude to the Albanian nurses in the Diaspora, for their contribution to the health system of the countries where they serve, and especially to those who serve on the first front of the fight against COVID-19 in these difficult moments.

International Nurses Day is celebrated every year on May 12, the anniversary of the birth of Florence Nightingale, who is considered the founder of modern nursing. Since 1965, the International Council of Nurses has been celebrating this day to highlight their contribution and commitment to health systems and society.
