Third meeting of the Coordinators Group on the implementation of the Diaspora Strategy Plan (2018-2024) took place today at the premises of the Prime Minister’s Office. The Coordinators Group is responsible for the implementation of the measures included in the Action Plan.

The meeting focused on the publication of the second draft bulletin, prediction of the financial costs needed for the implementation of the measures; progress on the implementation of the relevant measures; and other comments from the group members on the implementation of the measures.

The representatives of the Group, including Ministry of Culture, INSTAT, Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, and Ministry of Economy and Finance, discussed some issues related to the implementation of the measures. Meanwhile, the State Minister for Diaspora, Mr. Pandeli Majko, thanked everyone for their contribution and reminded them that the progress made towards the implementation of the Strategy Plan will be reflected on the next bulletin; the bulletin will be published in December 2018.
