Representatives from the National Agency of Diaspora met with the Deputy Governor of the Zaporizhzhya region in Ukraine, Mr. Gygnii Eduard Anatolievich. During their visit, they were accompanied by the Honorary Consul of Republic Albania to Ukraine, Mr Shahin Omanov. Mr Anatolievich became more familiar with the new state policies for the Albanian Diaspora and the mission of the National Agency of Diaspora, which is to promote Albanian culture. Part of their discussion was also the possibility of offering classes for learning Albanian dance and songs in this region of Ukraine.

In addition, representatives of the Agency highlighted the importance of strengthening the cooperation between the two states and improving the cultural centers of the villages in this region since there is a number of Albanians living there.
