Today, the first meeting of the inter-institutional working group was held to revise the National Diaspora Strategy and Action Plan, established by Order no. 53, dated 9.4.2020 “On the establishment of the inter-institutional working group for the revision of the National Diaspora Strategy and the Action Plan”. The purpose of the meeting was to draft a work program related to the group’s tasks, based on proposals and discussions by its members, to review the measures of the Action Plan, which will be submitted for approval within June 2020.

The group is headed by the State Minister for Diaspora, Mr. Pandeli Majko and consists of the Deputy Ministers in the Ministry responsible for foreign affairs, education, finance, tourism, internal affairs, justice, health, agriculture, culture; representatives of the Minister of State for the Protection of Entrepreneurship and the Academy of Sciences; and the head of INSTAT and the National Diaspora Agency.
