Reports concerning the involvement of institution employees in political activities or in support of an electoral subject or candidate in elections.
In accordance with the obligations set forth in Article 7, point 1, letter “c” of Decision No. 9, dated 24.12.2020 of the Regulatory Commission, as amended, “On the rules for reporting public activities of every public institution, including state-owned entities, agencies, and state bodies, the categories of prohibited activities, as well as the monitoring of the activities, conduct, and use of human, financial, and logistical resources of the state administration before elections, as amended,” the Secretaries General and Heads of Public Institutions, both independent and subordinated, are required to publish their contact information on the respective official website, for the purpose of managing any report and any case of involvement, encouragement, ordering, coercion, or request for the involvement of employees of that institution in political activities or in support of an electoral subject or candidate in elections.
