The Diaspora Coordinating Council, as an independent institution in the service of our compatriots in the Diaspora, aims to create bridges connecting with the motherland, contribute to the consolidation of a Diaspora aware of its patriotic mission, preserve, cultivate and spread the language, culture and our best traditions, to support and orient the intellectual potentials of the Diaspora in the service of the social, political and economic development of our nation, to be the voice of truth in the service of the interests of the people and national issues.
